Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Cauldron and Quills. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To request a return, please email us at cauldronandquills@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products (including downloadable journals, courses, or templates) once accessed or downloaded

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

If a digital product is faulty or inaccessible, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cauldronandquills@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at cauldronandquills@gmail.com.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receipt.
